GARMENT CARE
Washing:
Always follow the garment care guidelines on the manufacturer’s label before washing. For best results, wash knitwear inside out.
Ironing:
Check that your iron is set to the correct temperature as indicated on the garment’s care label. Many school uniforms are “easy care” and do not require ironing. Refer to the drying instructions on the label to achieve the best finish. Do not iron directly over printed areas.
Tumble Drying:
Follow care label instructions, as many garments are best air-dried. Never tumble dry pleated garments, as this can undo the heat-set pleats. Instead, hang on a suitable hanger to dry naturally.
Fabric Conditioner:
Avoid using fabric conditioner, as it can interfere with special easy-care coatings on certain garments.
Iron-On Labels:
These don’t stick well to stretchy fabrics. Only apply them to items that can be safely ironed. Always place a layer (such as a handkerchief) between the iron and the garment to prevent scorch marks.

Dealing with Pilling & Bobbling
Knitted items are naturally prone to pilling due to friction. This does not mean the garment is faulty. Common causes of pilling include:
Friction from contact with other fabrics or surfaces
Body heat during wear
Washing at incorrect temperatures
Mixing with abrasive fabrics in the wash
Tumble drying on high heat, which can draw out fibres
Some garments may appear “fluffy” after initial use due to surface fibres coming loose. This is similar to new carpets, where excess fibres rise and are vacuumed away. In most cases, this subsides after a few washes.
If needed, use a fabric shaver to remove bobbles and enhance the garment’s appearance. Be cautious with Velcro from bags or coats, as it can damage clothing.
Tip: Wash garments inside out to reduce friction and pilling. If pilling is severe, contact us for inspection.
Sizing Guide
Before ordering, please refer to the size guide. Some items are listed by inches or size (S, M, L), while others are by age.

Waist: Measure the natural waistline. Alternatively, double the width of a well-fitting garment.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of the hips/bottom.
Inside Leg: With shoes on, measure to about 5cm above the ground.
